Straight and Curved Tube Finishing

ML planetary system is suitable for straight and curved tubes finishing. In this operation the tube is not spinning since the abrasive belts rotate around the tube while this is safely transported by the feeding systems, guaranteeing low vibration.

By removing the feeding units these machines can process curved tubes manually. The operator simply guides the tube through the machine while the abrasive planetary system performs the finishing in the complete diameter of the tube.

Square Tube Finishing

Rectangular tube and flat bar surface finishing machines up to three stations, combining abrasive belt with contact roller and abrasive brush.

The contact roller applies pressure in the abrasive belt to allow it to grind the flat surface, remove scratches and polishing the tube surface uniformly. The abrasive brush creates smooth finishing both in tubes and flat bars.

FG through-feed tube finishing machines operate normally in one side of the rectangular tube/flat bar only, but double-sided tube polishing machines are also available for higher productivity.

These machines work with water cooling system in order to avoid overheating of the tubes and to reduce the risks associated with processing different metals and potentially explosive dusts.

FGW machines can be produced up to 6 finishing stations for one side of the tube surface. These tube and bar polishing machines are also produced in two and even four sides design, performing the surface finishing in 2 or 1 single step.
