MIRROR POLISHING MACHINE - RC200+RC250
RC200 and RC250 are centerless tube polishing and abrasive belt grinding machines which make finishing, buffing and mirror polishing in straight tubes and pipes with diameters up to 206mm and 254mm.
The quick change of contact roller for polishing wheel and the flexibility of design of RC in order to work under wet and dry condition makes it easy to do wet belt grinding and also tube gloss polishing in dry operation.

High variety of diameters
RC200 can polish tubes from Ø10mm up to Ø206mm or up to Ø254mm (RC250), giving a high flexibility of solutions for tube finishing.
Solid soap system
Automatic solid soap system option safely applies soap to the cotton wheels.
Support table with guiding rollers
Tube guiding roller tables are available to give a better support to the material, both at entrance and exit of the machine.
